The Only Way to Fight The Axis of Greed

If you have read some of the articles on this web site, you probably think there is nothing you can do about our country’s Health Care Crisis. The Axis of Greed is too powerful. It’s too big. There is too much money behind it. There are so many laws and systems already in place that you, as just an ordinary citizen, are helpless. You have neither the power, the money, the time, nor the political connections to make even the slightest change in this overpowering monopoly of our nations Health Care System.

Then, my friends, you are wrong. There is something you can do.

The phrase below is the key to bankrupting every entity of The Axis of Greed.

There is no Profit in a Healthy America.
The healthier we are, the less money they make.

First, explain to everyone how these greedy blood suckers are bankrupting our country and using us as pawns to fill their pockets with our money. Lead your friends to this web site for all the facts. Then tell them what to do about it. Live Healthy.

Here’s how it works. If we as a nation, band together and pledge to adopt a Healthy Lifestyle and then, by example, spread that message to our family and all our friends. Then they get the idea and spread the word on and on and on and on until America becomes healthier. Then the profits of The Axis of Greed will begin to vanish. We will be free of their tyranny. Want some reasons to join this effort? Check below. It’s an eye opener. It’ll be fun.

First, go look in the mirror: What you see is your body. Our body is a miraculous gift from God. It’s the only one we get. We are obligated to care for this gift as we would for our children, our car or any other possession that we treasure. We are inside that body. It belongs to us. We are the ones who are responsible for all the choices we make for its well being. The trillions of cells, the millions of functions going on in our body rarely are given much attention or even thought about as we go about our busy lives. Most of us have taken our body for granted and seldom even think about its needs and its upkeep.

Let’s do a little test of body appreciation:

Your heart is about the size of your fist. Now, open and close your fist. That’s pretty easy isn’t it? Now make another fist. Now make 10 fists in a row, open, close fast. Now do 70 fists in one minute. Your hand getting kinda tired? At the rate of 70 per minute, you would be making 4200 fists in an hour. 100800 fists in a single day. Your heart will beat about 100800 times each day until the day you die. Isn’t that a marvelous machine that we should be grateful for and treat with the greatest respect? We can by adapting a Healthy Lifestyle to keep that heart going as long as possible.

Try this:

Hold your breath for one minute (time it). Now try two minutes. Wanna go for three? If you stopped breathing for about 8 minutes you would be dead! Oxygen is the one most important component for life. You can live about 2-3 weeks without water, 30-40 days without food, but only about 8 minutes or less without oxygen. There’s a muscle called the diaphragm attached to the bottom of your lungs that continues to contract and relax until it quits and you stop breathing. Your Lifestyle will determine when it quits. By adapting a Healthy Lifestyle we can keep that friendly muscle going as long as possible.

Our Filter:

The liver is the filter of the blood along with the lungs. A great percentage of the junk we put into our bodies is filtered through the liver. The more crap we put into our bodies, the harder the liver has to work. Its like the oil filter in your car only much more efficient. Try changing your oil filter every 100,000 miles and see if your car is still running. Our filter, our liver, works for 50, 60, 70 years and more. Talk to your liver each day and say “thanks liver. I will try to adapt a Healthy Lifestyle to keep you going for a long long time.”

Body Systems:

Unfortunately, very little anatomy or physiology is taught in school. This is not by accident. Most text books and curriculum are politically chosen. Ask any college graduate, “what is the function of the gall bladder?”, most haven’t a clue. It’s up to us to get up to speed on this body that we spend our life in. If we can learn the complex computer, we can surely learn the basics of our own body. Technology is forever changing. Our body is always the same.

The brain is the center of our wiring system. Millions of nerve impulsesflow from the brain to the trillions of cells in the body, keeping everything functioning perfectly (depending on you). The combination of the arteries, veins and blood is an hydraulic system that has never been matched by man. The skin that covers our body is a thermostat that regulates our temperature and releases poisons through our pores. How can we not hold this gift from God in the highest esteem and vow to adapt a Healthy Lifestyle to keep it as healthy as possible?

There is no Profit in a Healthy America.

Wanna defeat The Axis of Greed? Just adopt the Creed below. It’s not impossible and it will make you healthier and make you feel good about yourself. Just one person at a time, then two, then three, then millions. When the profit is gone the greedy bats will fly back into their cave and hang upside-down in the darkness forever. Good Riddance!!

The Creed of Personal Responsibility : “I am a proud mature American. I accept full responsibility for everything that happens in my life, both good and bad. I will treat my body with the respect it deserves. I will learn how my body works for it is all that keeps me going. I am in complete control of my body and will strive for its longevity. I will eat sensible. I will exercise daily. I will spend at least one hour in the outdoors each day for I know sunshine and fresh air are necessary for my body’s health. This I swear.”
